Promotion Overview
As part of MySeatPack's Inaugural Drops, three (3) eligible customers may receive a complimentary seat upgrade, subject to the terms and conditions below.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for this promotion, a customer must meet all of the following conditions:
  1. Purchase exactly two (2) packs of the Dodgers Date Night + Opening Day Pack in a single order.
  2. After the assignment process, be assigned a game other than Opening Day on March 26.
  3. Not elect a buyback for the assigned tickets during the applicable buyback window.
  4. Complete the purchase before the drop closes and comply with all MySeatPack policies.
Orders that do not meet every condition above are not eligible for this promotion.
Upgrade Details
  • Three (3) eligible customers will be randomly selected to receive a complimentary seat upgrade for both of their packs.
  • The upgrade consists of field level seating.
  • Seating location is determined solely by MySeatPack and is subject to availability.
  • No substitutions, cash equivalents, or alternative compensation will be provided.
Assignment & Selection
  • All ticket assignments and promotional selections are conducted using MySeatPack's published, verifiable assignment process.
  • Odds of receiving an upgrade are not guaranteed and depend on the total number of eligible orders.
  • Selection occurs after ticket assignments and the buyback window have concluded.
Additional Terms
  • Limit one (1) upgrade per customer.
  • This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
  • Tickets received through this promotion remain subject to MySeatPack's standard delivery, transfer, and seating policies.
  • MySeatPack reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time prior to the drop closing.
