How Pack Upgrades Work
Every drop pack includes an upgrade opportunity. Additional bonuses may also be included. When an upgrade or reward is offered:
- It will be clearly disclosed on the pack page before purchase
- Eligibility rules will be stated before purchase
- Odds (if applicable) will be published and fixed at drop close
- Bonus seat upgrades, store credit incentives, premium drawings, and limited-time perks may all be included depending on the drop
Important Things to Know
- All drop packs include an upgrade opportunity — Custom Packs do not
- Additional rewards beyond upgrades are drop-specific and vary by pack
- Bonuses may differ in value, quantity, or odds from drop to drop
- Terms cannot be changed after the drop closes
