A MySeatPack is a ticket pack for a live event. Each pack includes a fixed list of possible events and a guaranteed seat tier. After the pack drop closes, each pack is assigned one event from the listed options. There are three ways to get involved: grab a pack from a live drop, build your own custom pack, or play Predict & Win to earn store credit for free.

MySeatPack drops can include sporting events, concerts, and other live events. Each pack page clearly lists the exact events included in that drop. Custom Packs are currently available for select Lakers games in beta, with more events coming soon.

Not with drop packs — each pack includes multiple possible events, and one is assigned after the drop closes. With Custom Packs, you choose which games are in your pack and set the odds yourself, but the final assignment is still random. In both cases, you'll see the odds for every possible game before you buy.

One pack equals one seat (one ticket) to an event. If you purchase multiple packs in one order, your seats are guaranteed to be together (when available in tier).

Every pack includes a seat tier guarantee, based on the pack you purchase:

• Upper Access Packs: Upper-level seating or better
• Lower Access Packs: Guaranteed lower-level seating

Seat guarantees apply per pack. Every pack guarantees one authentic ticket to one listed event.

A seat tier refers to your guaranteed seating level (for example: 100 level or 300 level). After the drop closes, one event is assigned and your ticket for that seat tier is delivered electronically.

Yes. All packs purchased in a single order will be seated together, up to the maximum number of packs allowed per order. Orders placed separately may result in different seat locations and/or different events.

No. Seat selection is not available with MySeatPack. Your pack guarantees a seat tier (for example, 100 level or 300 level), not a specific section or row. If you are looking for a specific seat location, MySeatPack may not be the right fit — our model is designed for fans who prioritize value and flexibility over exact seat choice.

Yes. No purchase required, no credit card, no catch. One entry per person per game. Just enter your prediction and email before tipoff.

There are two ways to win with every prediction:

• Game Night Prizes: The closest prediction wins $10 in store credit. 2nd and 3rd closest each win $5.
• Cumulative Leaderboard: Every prediction earns leaderboard points (Top 10% = 4 pts, Top 25% = 3 pts, Top 50% = 2 pts, everyone else = 1 pt). After 20 challenges, the top predictor wins $150 in MySeatPack credit — that's a free game night.

Credits are added to your account when you win. They stack across games and never expire. When you're ready, redeem them in $10 increments for a discount code at checkout. One discount code per order. Codes expire 90 days after redemption, but your underlying credit balance never expires.

Yes. Prediction credits can be redeemed for a discount code that works on any MySeatPack — drop packs or custom packs. Codes are single-use and one per order.

You're never out of it. The maximum leaderboard points per game is 4, so missing one won't wreck your standing. Just keep playing — the leaderboard runs across all 20 challenges in a series.

On the Predict & Win page, enter your email under "My Account" to see your full prediction history, current credit balance, leaderboard rank, and redeem discount codes.

A Custom Pack lets you build your own MySeatPack from scratch. You pick 3–5 games, set your own odds for each game (between 10% and 50%), and get a custom price based on your selections. Same concept as a drop pack — one pack, one guaranteed seat to one game — but you control the inputs. Build one now →

Pricing is dynamic based on the games you select and the odds you set. Higher-demand games cost more, and the odds you assign affect the weighted price. Your total pack price is shown in real time before checkout — no fees on top of what you see.

The same way as drop packs. Your odds map to number ranges between 1 and 100. After your order is confirmed, the NIST Randomness Beacon — a government-run quantum random number source — generates a number that determines your game. Yes. Custom Packs include a 24-hour buyback window. After your game is assigned, you have 24 hours to request a buyback for store credit. Buyback eligibility and the exact percentage are always listed on the pack page before purchase. View full Buyback Policy →

Custom Pack orders are manually reviewed. You'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase. Your game is then assigned within 24 hours of confirmation, and your ticket is delivered no later than 24 hours before the event.

Yes. Promo codes can be applied during the Custom Pack builder checkout. Prediction credit discount codes work at the Shopify checkout step, just like with drop packs.

For drop packs, odds for each event are published before the drop opens and are fixed once the drop is live. For Custom Packs, you set the odds yourself (between 10% and 50% per game, totaling 100%). In both cases, assignments are made fairly using the same verifiable process.

For drop packs, the random start number is generated and results are published at 4:00pm PT after the drop closes. For Custom Packs, your game is assigned within 24 hours of order confirmation. Email notifications follow in both cases confirming your assigned event.

Exact seat locations are confirmed closer to the event to allow efficient fulfillment and ensure every customer receives seats that meet their guaranteed tier. Your seat tier is locked and tickets are delivered no later than 24 hours before the event.

Every drop includes an upgrade opportunity — a chance for eligible customers to be randomly upgraded to a better seat tier. Additional promotions or bonuses may also be offered on select drops and will be clearly listed on the pack page before purchase.

After your event is assigned, you have 24 hours to request a buyback for store credit instead of attending — on packs that include buyback eligibility. Buyback availability and the exact percentage are listed on each pack page before you purchase. If you select buyback, no tickets will be issued for your assigned event. If no action is taken within 24 hours, your ticket will be delivered as assigned.

No. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future MySeatPack — including drop packs and Custom Packs.

If no action is taken within 24 hours, your pack is automatically kept and fulfilled as assigned.

Tickets are delivered electronically via the official venue-approved mobile transfer system. Tickets will be delivered to the email associated with your order no later than 24 hours before the event, unless otherwise noted on the pack page.

Yes. Once tickets are delivered through the venue's official mobile transfer system, you may transfer them to another person using that same platform, subject to the venue's transfer policies.

Yes. Every pack is covered by the MySeatPack Guarantee, including authentic tickets, on-time delivery, seat guarantees, transparent assignment, and non-expiring buyback credit. This is not a game of chance or a sweepstakes — each purchase guarantees a ticket to a real event.

No cash refunds. Buybacks for store credit are available within 24 hours of assignment on eligible packs. If an event is canceled and not postponed, appropriate refunds or credits will be issued.

The pack price shown is the price you pay. MySeatPack does not charge additional service fees or convenience fees on top of the listed price. Applicable taxes, if any, will be calculated at checkout based on your location and applicable law.
