Terms of Service

Welcome to MySeatPack ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MySeatPack website (the "Site"), including purchasing packs ("Packs"), participating in drops, and receiving event tickets (each a "Ticket").

By accessing or using the Site or purchasing a Pack, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policy referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site.

A Pack is a digital item that represents the purchase of one seat (one ticket) to one real live event. One Pack = one seat. Seating tier and assignment are determined, and Tickets are delivered after each drop according to the process described below.

Custom Packs allow you to build your own Pack by selecting 3–5 events and setting your own odds for each. The following terms apply specifically to Custom Pack orders:

• All Custom Pack orders are subject to manual review and confirmation by MySeatPack. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase.
• Your event is assigned within 24 hours of order confirmation, and your Ticket is delivered no later than 24 hours before the event.
• Pricing is dynamic and based on the events and odds you select. The price shown at checkout is final and confirmed at the time of order.
• Custom Packs do not include pack upgrades or drop-specific bonuses. Upgrade opportunities are available on drop packs only.
• The same verifiable assignment process used for drop packs applies to Custom Packs. You will receive the NIST Randomness Beacon result and timestamp so you can verify your assignment independently.
• Buyback eligibility for Custom Packs is listed on the pack page before purchase.

• Drops are limited-time opportunities to purchase Packs.
• Odds for available events within a drop are displayed prior to purchase.
• Odds are fixed once the drop opens and do not change during the drop.
• After a drop closes, each Pack is assigned to a single event using a fair and predetermined process.
• Assignments are completed before Tickets are delivered.

This service does not operate as a lottery, raffle, sweepstakes, or gambling service. Each Pack purchase guarantees delivery of a Ticket to a real event.

Tickets are delivered electronically via the venue's official mobile transfer method for secure entry. Delivery timing may vary by event, venue, and ticketing provider, but Tickets will be delivered no later than the time specified on the Pack page (typically at least 24 hours before the event unless otherwise stated).

Some Packs are eligible for a 24-hour buyback credit after assignment. The buyback option and eligibility criteria are described on the Pack page and in the Buyback Policy.

Buyback credits are applied as site credit and may not be refundable as cash unless otherwise stated. By purchasing a Pack, you agree to the terms of the Buyback Policy.

All prices are displayed in your currency before checkout. Applicable taxes and fees will be shown at checkout. You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchase.

Payment is processed through third-party providers (e.g., Shopify Payments); we do not store your full payment information.

Except as provided in the Buyback Policy, all sales are final once an order is placed. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. This includes circumstances where you cannot attend the event.

MySeatPack is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, rescheduling, or venue changes. Ticket validity is determined by the event organizer or venue.

Any compensation for canceled or postponed events is handled by the venue or ticketing provider, not MySeatPack.

Predict & Win is a free prediction game that runs before select MySeatPack games. The following terms apply:

• No purchase is necessary to participate. Predict & Win is free to enter.
• One entry per person per challenge. Duplicate entries from the same email will only count the first submission. Entries close at tipoff.
• Store credits awarded through Predict & Win are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Credits may be redeemed for single-use discount codes in $10 increments at checkout.
• Discount codes expire 90 days after redemption. Underlying credit balances do not expire.
• Credits and codes are for use only by the account holder who earned them. They cannot be sold, transferred, or shared.
• Creating multiple accounts or using alternate emails to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. MySeatPack reserves the right to void all credits, codes, and leaderboard points associated with accounts found to be in violation — without notice.
• MySeatPack reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any challenge or series at any time.
• Predict & Win is not sponsored by the NBA or any team or venue.

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent or misuse the Site or services
• Transfer Tickets in violation of venue or ticketing provider rules
• Attempt to manipulate odds, assignment, or ticket distribution

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations.

All content on the Site, including graphics, text, logos, and software, is owned by MySeatPack or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MySeatPack and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, assignment outcomes, or event changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where MySeatPack is headquartered. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable state or federal courts.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
