Authentic Tickets
All tickets are authentic and delivered directly to your own Ticketmaster account, unless otherwise noted on a specific drop.
On-Time Delivery
Tickets are delivered electronically no later than 24 hours before the event.
Seating Together
All packs purchased in a single order will be seated together (up to the maximum allowed).
Seat Tier Guarantee
Your seat tier is guaranteed based on the pack you purchase. The exact seat locations are confirmed closer to the event.
Refund Protection
If tickets are not delivered as promised, you may be eligible for a refund or store credit in accordance with our refund and buyback policies.
Buyback Option
If you can't attend the assigned event, you may be eligible for a buyback for store credit under the terms shown on your pack drop.
