Will my seats be together?
Yes. All packs purchased in a single order are seated together. Orders placed separately may result in different seats or different games — so buy together in one order.
How do odds work?
Each pack page shows your odds for every possible game before you buy. Odds are fixed once the drop opens. After the drop closes, your game is assigned fairly and publicly based on those odds.
What if I don't want my assigned game?
No problem. You have 24 hours after assignment to sell your pack back for store credit. Credit never expires and can be used on any future pack.
How and when do I get my tickets?
Tickets are delivered electronically to your email no later than 24 hours before the event, through the official venue-approved transfer system. Real tickets, real seats.
