What exactly am I buying?
You're buying a mystery pack that contains one real ticket to one real game. You don't choose the game — it's randomly assigned after the drop closes. You see all possible games and their odds before you buy.
How is my game picked?
After the drop closes, we use the NIST Randomness Beacon — a government quantum random number source — to fairly assign each pack to a game. The process is fully public and verifiable.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes! All packs in a single order are assigned to the same game and seated together. You can buy up to 4 packs per order.
What if I don't want the game I get?
No problem — you have 24 hours after assignment to sell your pack back for 85% store credit. Just hit the buyback button in your order confirmation.
When and how do I get my ticket?
Tickets are delivered via mobile transfer (Ticketmaster, AXS, or similar) at least 24 hours before the game. You'll get an email with transfer instructions.
Are there any fees on top of the price?
No. The price you see is the final price. No service fees, no delivery fees, no surprises.
