Buyback percentages vary by pack. The exact buyback % for each pack is shown on its product page before you purchase. Not every pack includes buyback eligibility — always check the pack page for the specific amount.
Buyback Eligibility
- Only packs explicitly labeled as buyback-eligible qualify
- Buyback eligibility and the exact percentage are shown on the pack page before purchase
- Packs not labeled as buyback-eligible are final sale once assigned
Buyback % varies by pack. One pack might offer 85% back, another 65% — it depends on the drop. The specific percentage is always listed on the product page. See FAQ →
Buyback Window
- The buyback window opens immediately after assignment
- You have 24 hours from assignment to request a buyback
- The 24-hour period begins when the assignment email is delivered to your registered address
- Requests submitted after the window will not be honored
Buyback Method
Approved buybacks are issued as MySeatPack store credit at the buyback percentage listed on your pack.

🛒 Redeemable on future packs

Tickets & Delivery
- If a buyback is exercised, the assigned ticket will not be delivered
- Buyback requests must be made on the full order — partial pack buybacks are not permitted
Limitations & Abuse Prevention
- Repeated or abusive usage patterns
- Fraud or misuse of the system
- Violations of our Terms of Service
